Where dance and Yoga unite as one! Transcendance is a fusion of world dance, Vinyasa Yoga, breath work, and Energy balancing put to music that creates consciousness of love and happiness.
Designed as three classes in one, Alchemy fitness promotes flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health. Alchemy unites dance, yoga, pilates, TRX exercises along with the use of props, weight balls, and TRX suspension straps.
Transzendance is a unique fusion of spirituality, yoga and global dance in a 90 minute class. By linking movement of the body with breath and intention, we begin to liberate ourselves from loud voices of the mind to hear the small still voice of our heart.
Each 90 minute Transzendance class begins with a yoga practice to warm the body and focus the mind. Yoga brings awareness and balance to the subtleties of the body, mind, and spirit. Dance is a sacred expression of the divine within. Transzendance will open energy centers of your body through globally inspired dance – creating ecstatic bliss and vitality. Where else can you get booty shaking and spiritual enlightenment in one place? Dance towards spiritual evolution!
Samadhi Dance ®
Samadhi Dance ® is a style of yoga dance. Dance as yoga asana.🕉
Samadhi dance starts with sun salutations and vinyasa, moving into high energy dance with light hand weights , pranayama breath, and ending in Savasana. It is yoga dancing; the music is fun beats with the philosophy of yoga combined with world dance music. It teaches about the eight limbs of yoga through dance.
Is a movement meditation linking consciousness of breath with yoga postures. It's a mixed level vinyasa yoga class for all ages and experiences designed to challenge you to grow. The purpose of Asana yoga is to create a balanced body and mind.
Yoga is like a tree, it has many branches. All these branches make up a roadmap of health and happiness. Meditation is one of the branches. The mind is a direct communicator with the universal life force. When we train the mind we have the ability to create our reality the way we want it to be.
Acroyoga is a playful style of partner Yoga combining classical Yoga, dance art, acrobatics and therapeutics with partners. It is a great way to connect and be present with another. This classes is for all levels of experience a playful heart. Take flight and be rooted at the same time, it's a great feeling.
